1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing printandshipcomics.com via Patreon, you agree to these terms.

2. Grant of License

• Individual Tiers: Content is for personal, non-commercial use.
• Professional/Business Tiers: Grants a limited license for internal business display or distribution as specified in the tier description.

3. Access & Payments All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Patreon. Access to “Premium” content is contingent upon an active membership.

4. Nature of Support Payments made via Patreon are primarily intended as a means of supporting the creator’s ongoing work. Access to premium content is provided as a “Thank You” benefit to supporters. This relationship is one of patronage, not a traditional retail purchase of digital goods. Licenses for business use are only valid during the period of an active, paid membership. Upon cancellation, the right to distribute or display content ceases immediately.

5. Intellectual Property & AI Usage All art and characters remain the sole property of the creator and are protected by copyright law.

• Commercial AI Use: The use of this work for the training of commercial generative AI models, or for any purpose that competes with the creator’s ability to license the work, is strictly prohibited without a separate commercial agreement.
• Non-Commercial/Archival Use: The creator permits the inclusion of this work in non-commercial, academic, or archival datasets intended for historical preservation, provided no derivative commercial products are generated from such data during the term of the copyright.
• Resale: Unauthorized external resale or redistribution of digital assets is strictly prohibited.
