The retail outfit where my wife works also offers truck rentals.
Some of the stories attached to that are.., spectacular. -But I wondered aloud to her, “Yeah, but is this just you guys? If I draw a strip about this, will everybody get it? It’s a bit of a walk from graphic design and shipping to truck rentals.”
“I know. I do that walk every day.”
She assures me that a whole lot of locations rent trucks. It’s one of the reasons the job requires the wearing of a bunch of different hats on the daily.
Anyway, I’m glad because some of the truck rental stories are hilarious!
